Crystal Cares Home Care mainly provides these services:
Clients who are homebound need not worry how to complete their daily living tasks. Our caregivers are ready to provide them with the assistance in ADLs. We can help with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Caregivers can also prepare meals and remind the client to take his or her medication.
A comprehensive plan of care will be designed for you by our Care Manager at Crystal Cares Home Care. The plan of care will be based on your specific care requirements and it will be executed by a capable home care professional team that is supervised by your Care Manager. You can receive care from a multi-disciplinary team of Certified Geriatric Caregivers, a Registered Nurse and/or a Medical Social Worker. Over the course of care, we will periodically asses your health for areas to improve and will adjust your care plan accordingly.
We have Registered Nurses in the team who are trained and experienced in performing or assisting with various health management tasks for the patient at home. Depending on the physician’s orders, we can conduct skilled nursing functions as efficiently as we would in a hospital or a skilled nursing facility. For patients who need Catheter Care, Wound Care, IV Therapy or Medication Set-Up, our nurses are at your service!
When you hire staff from Crystal Cares Home Care, you get the peace of mind that all caregivers have been through a stringent screening process. We conduct:
- State and Federal Background Checks
- Sex Offenders Registry Checks
- Competency Testing
- Nurse Aide Abuse List Registry Checks
- Client / Caregiver Compatibility Evaluation
We are also a Vendor of Veterans Home Care and will provide Long Term Insurance. Please call 810-882-9915 to speak with our home care advisors.
Due to the advances in healthcare, and living healthier lifestyles seniors are living well into their 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. Many seniors lead active lifestyles and are able to maintain living independently with minimal assistance and supervision.
